RichRank.app ("the Site") is an entertainment and satirical website. It publishes a public leaderboard ordered solely by the amount of money each participant has paid for their listing.

Paying to rank higher does not constitute proof, verification, certification or representation of actual wealth, income, assets, creditworthiness or financial status of any kind. The Site does not verify any statement made by any participant. Rankings are a record of payments only.

The Site is not a financial product, security, investment, savings scheme, competition of skill, lottery, or gambling service. No return, prize, dividend, yield or financial benefit of any kind is offered or implied.

All payments are final. No refunds, credits, reversals or partial returns are offered under any circumstance, including but not limited to: being outbid immediately or at any later time after paying; dropping in rank; dissatisfaction with your position; loss of visibility; removal of your entry for a breach of these Terms; or discontinuation of the Site.

You acknowledge that your rank is temporary by design and that another participant may pay more at any moment, moving you down the leaderboard permanently.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly processed payment is a breach of these Terms and may result in removal of your entry without refund.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to make a payment. You confirm your age at checkout. Payments made by minors are made in breach of these Terms; the entry may be removed, and the non-refund policy in clause 2 still applies.

You are solely responsible for the display name, tagline, profile link and avatar you submit. You must not submit content that is or promotes:

• illegal activity or illegal material of any kind;
• hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening or violent content;
• sexual, pornographic or otherwise adult content;
• scams, fraud, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, "get rich quick" offers, cryptocurrency tokens, coin promotion or any crypto-related solicitation;
• misleading financial claims, fabricated returns or unlicensed financial advice;
• defamation, impersonation, or content infringing third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights;
• malware, phishing links or links to any of the above.

You grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and share the content of your entry (including in automatically generated share images) for the operation and promotion of the Site.

The Site reserves the right to remove, hide, edit, flag or reject any entry at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice and without refund, including for any breach or suspected breach of these Terms. The Site is under no obligation to review, monitor or moderate content and does not guarantee that prohibited content will be detected.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made regarding uptime, availability, accuracy of rankings, duration of any rank, visibility, impressions, clicks, referral traffic, press coverage, business outcomes or any other result from being listed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or reputation. Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Site may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice and without refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, on Stripe-hosted infrastructure. RichRank.app never receives, stores, processes or has access to your full card number, CVC or other full payment credentials. Your use of the payment form is additionally subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you submit or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version published on this page at the moment of your payment applies to that payment. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
